Since 2021, Milena Šmigić has been a Talent Agent at Slavic Artists Management, representing a diverse roster across domestic and international film and TV. Known for a tailored, career-first approach, she partners with each artist to clarify their goals, map casting targets, and build step-by-step strategies that turn ambition into bookings.
Passionate about international collaboration, Milena actively builds relationships with casting directors and producers, regularly meeting new collaborators and staying close to their evolving needs to position her clients with precision.
Milena holds a BA and MA in Film and TV Production from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. With a deep understanding of set dynamics and market workflows, she leverages the agency’s platform to elevate Serbian talent, foster cross-border collaborations, and contribute to the long-term development of the local industry. She is an active member of the Serbian Film Producers Association.
